- Me: Star Trek: TNG is available, now newly remastered in HD!!
- Jim: I don't understand how they can take something not shot in HD and somehow make it HD.
- Me: DUDE. It's pretty simple. TNG takes place centuries from now! They have all kinds of technology!
- Jim: Uhhhhh... *stare*
- Me: I really don't think you understand science. Or innovation. Or TIME.
- Jim: Wow.
